These terms govern the use of the Macsta Security video publishing tool and of this website. By using either, you agree to them.
The Macsta Security video publishing tool is an internal application. It uploads video content that we have produced to social media accounts that we own and control. It is not a product offered to the public, it is not available for sign up, and it does not act on behalf of anyone other than Macsta Security.
All video content published through the tool remains the property of Macsta Security or its respective rights holders. We are responsible for ensuring that content we publish complies with the community guidelines of the platform it is published to.
The tool connects to third party platforms using their official APIs and the authorisation those platforms grant. That authorisation is granted by us, for our own accounts, and can be withdrawn by us at any time through the relevant platform's settings. We do not attempt to circumvent any platform restriction, rate limit or review requirement.
This website and the tool are provided on an "as is" basis, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may modify or withdraw either at any time without notice.
To the extent permitted by law, Macsta Security is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or the tool. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
